All payments, including co-insurance and deductible payments, are due at time of service. For rental of equipment, we may keep a credit card on file to bill if/when a rental period is extended or equipment is overdue. To accommodate as many of our patients as possible, we accept a variety of different payment options.

We can also potentially bill a number of insurances including, but not limited to, Medicare, MassHealth Standard, Tufts Together, Tufts Direct, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Tricare, and GIC. In order to bill insurance we need a prescription, though, even with a prescription, your insurance may not cover your equipment. Due to Medicare's Competitive Bid Program (which you can learn more about HERE), we can only bill Medicare for select, non-bid items.
