We do deliver for some insurance items. We can also deliver for privately paid items, but there is an additional fee.
Do you service my region?
We service the lower South Shore, specifically the Plymouth County and Upper Cape areas.
What information do you need from me?
The most common pieces of information we will need are your name, date of birth, address, phone number, and insurance information. With insurance information, we will also need your next of kin and your doctor’s name. We may also need information like your height and weight.
Why am I getting billed?
After your insurance has settled the claim, you may have a coinsurance or a deductible that applies to this claim. You can always call us at 508-830-0911 to go over why you might be getting billed.
How much will this cost me?
This depends highly on your insurance provider and plan. Costs can vary widely between different plans. The best way to figure out what something might cost you is to get in touch with your insurance company and determine what they will cover and if you have a deductible or coinsurance. You can also call us and we can get in touch with your insurance company for you. Keep in mind, you may only be able to get an estimate once the claim is settled.
How do I know what size I need for compression stockings?
We have a certified fitter in our storefront that will measure you and show you how to put on the stockings. You will also likely want to see your doctor to determine what strength or compression you will need.
What should I do in the event of an emergency?
If you are an oxygen patient you should have received an Emergency Preparedness sheet when you started with Therap-Ease. It is strongly recommended you hold on to that, know where it is, and refer to it in case of an emergency. For some general guidelines based off that sheet you can CLICK HERE.
