MISSION STATEMENT
Therap-Ease has always been unique in its combination of old-fashioned values coupled with state-of-the-art technology and ideas. We are committed to providing equipment that meets or exceeds the standards of our industry, while providing service based on our respect of patient rights. Considering our mission to provide overall distinctive service to our patients, we are always looking for new and innovative product lines to carry. As our inventory base expands, our referral base widens. Ultimately, this will increase our revenues, which will in turn allow Therap-Ease to continue our mission of offering exceptional quality within the scope of our services.
Additionally, we recognize the right of every patient to receive the highest quality of healthcare without regard to race, religion, or political affiliation. Patient concerns regarding the financial aspects of their healthcare are also a concern of our staff. In the case of financial adversity, Therap-Ease assures its patients that his/her healthcare needs will not be overshadowed by undue financial hardship. We have assumed good will and charity cases as warranted, never ignoring an obvious need in the community. We also review each case to determine if it might meet our requirements for financial waiver possibilities.
Therap-Ease continues to maintain a high profile in the medical community, as well as the community at large. At Therap-Ease, we recognize and have made a commitment to the efforts to advance the quality of healthcare to the general public, ranging from involvement with local hospital charity drives to involvement with community hospices. We also maintain high visibility in the local community that extends beyond healthcare. We promote and sponsor many recreational youth groups and activities. The importance of establishing good health and exercise habits, as well as developing self-esteem and confidence in the youth of the community, renders itself to the improvement of society in general.
